Easy Mousse Mango Recipe (with only 3 ingredients)

0 Place 1 cup of lightly chopped mangoes in a food processor to make the fresh mango puree. Pulse until completely smooth with no lumps.
1 In a mixing bowl with the whip attachment, whip the heavy whipping cream and icing sugar until medium stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mango purée using a rubber spatula.Taste and add more powdered sugar if necessary.
2 Using small ramekins or jars, spoon the mango mousse halfway, add 3-4 teaspoons of the remaining lightly chopped mangoes, and top with more mango mixture until the jar is filled. Top with more mango if desired. 
3 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let it set properly and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
